From fibre to component: InVECOF at the 50th International Conference on Advanced Ceramics and Composites

The InVECOF project was represented at the 50th International Conference and Expo on Advanced Ceramics and Composites (ICACC) in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Our project coordinator, Arne Rüdinger, delivered a presentation entitled “CMC Development – from fibre to component”, highlighting the development pathway from ceramic fibres towards ceramic matrix composite (CMC) components.

As part of the presentation, he also shared the latest developments in Ox-Fibre within InVECOF, bringing the project’s work to the international ceramics and composites community.

Participation in the conference provided an opportunity to present InVECOF’s ongoing work and exchange knowledge with researchers and professionals working in the field of advanced ceramics and composite materials.
